The company Everclean they specialize in mold and hvac duct cleaning or so they say..Everclean /Priority one air solutions should not be trusteld if you have used there services you should file with the bbb and request to be returned money in full! I have afamily member that is a past employee..Just to start they garetee all there costomers a ceritified techician however the majority of employees have never done any sort of ac work , and there especialy not certified .. The owner Donald Ward. said that his employees are certified when he says they are.. wow an employee worked there for months and never meet the man yet hes certified...
There employees have not been put thourgh a background check or drug screen thats scary!! these people come to your homes and move your vaulables work around children andcustomers have no idea.. They bring people in with a misleading coupon and up sale them on anything they can even if not neccessary and worst of all treat there employees horriabley. Beware of there 2 techs john and price i have been told they both have a badcrimanal past.
There mangement has every employee do something called a CALL IN so they can act as if there giving you some discount infact they give to anyone because there making alot off there customers either way and it's just a big joke to them. they have 1 manger that tells the techs what to do from there office and he adviced a tech to tell the customer the consquence of selling a house with mold in the hvac system and that the company was notresponsable just to be called a rapest for 2 and a half hours by the owner the next day who suposedley is in ohio but really is 2 miles away i geuss he dont want to look at the horriable way he does bussiness everyday.
Now after listing to don for 2 hours about how wrong he was he gets up to leaveto try and make money since he sat in a office for 3 hours with no pay and his son scott tells the employee If it happens again your fired Scott was referring to a hatch in a system that had been left open and had nothing to do with this employee at all... Ofcourse by now hes pretty mad a employee who works over 60 hrs a week for 600 dollars wk salary and never recieved a penny for all the overtime worked never complains does his job and has maybe had 2 problems the hole time!! Mean while the owner don allows his son to be confretational with his employee and scott does'nt even work there...
Everclean has no respect for there employees,or customers and trullyare here untill they can no longer make money then will head back north just like before .. Good companys with respect do not treat employee who work for 2 wks for free to prove them selfs like troaw aways and call them rapicist.. Donaldward and his manegment are the rapicist they rap there customers and there employees while they live nicley.Do not trust them do not allow them to get rich off of you and clueless employees.!!
