Everdry Western NY Horrible, scam, unprofessional, unreliable in Rochester, New York

The work itself was done well. I have had major problems with the service afterwards. Their billing reminders for contract renewal is non-existent. The only time I was ever able to renew was when I got a phone call, which was hit or miss. No invoice in the mail. I found this out after the sump pump they installed broke after 5 years; 1 inch of water in the basement. This was on Wednesday the 26th. When called to inquire about this I was treated like a criminal. You all are the same, you only pay when something goes wrong. For the record I have an 800 credit score and pay all my bills as long as I get them. A service appt. was finally made for Friday morning. No call no show, after leaving several messages, was able to get a new time of 2pm, no call no show. Was able to reach someone through the office and get a new time of 4:30. Had to get my mother to come stay at the house waiting for them. No call no show. Eventually got a hold of the driver who sounded as if he was calling from a bar, who informed my mother that he was on his break and would be there by 5:30. No call, showed up at 6, left at 6:15. Still trying to sort out the service contract.
