What a scam. First they don't ship the signs when they say they will. Next they come from China instead of Texas. Next they are wrong. Blame the Chineese. Won't return phone calls or e-mails. Claims the owner "Tim O'day" doesn't get involved with customer issues. To repeat, they don't return phone calls or e-mails. Buy anyplace else. Spend a few extra bucks. Get what you ordered. Ignore "Yvettes's (a supervisor) explaination that a 9" letter should only be 5" tall. Ignore all the promises to make it right. They won't. Ignore the promises to remake the signs. They won't. Get used to being hung up on. It happens a lot. Have never delt with a company in 40 years that treats customers this way. They lie repeapidly. Stay away". Copies of phone calls and transcrips of e-mails available to anybody that asks. Bob ****
