Maybe someone can help; the following company: www.northboroconsulting.com has Real Estate listing for a Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Since our company has projects there, we investigated if the property on the web site was valid. It appears that the listing is bogus and the person (Aubrey-Eric Smith) is not licensed to do Real Estate in the State of New York?

We had wanted to do business with the person, but all this is very suspicious. Additionally, I searched the Internet and found-out that Mr. Smith post negative comments against a company because of a $9 disagreement. But the individual has on his web site that he does professional business consulting. Apparently this is a red-flag for any person or companies to do business with this person.

If anyone has done business with this person / company, please leave a feedback; will be greatly appreciated.
