Excel Roofing Chad O'Laughlin - I've also seen his name under US Exteriors

Chad O'Laughlin scammed us for $6,000 for a replacement roof.

Chad O'Laughlin claimed to work for Excel Roofing at 2104 North MacArthur Blvd, OKC, OK (405)224-7663. (we went to this address and it is a different company, they are not affiliated with Excel or Chad) We contracted with him to replace our roof and gave him $6, 000 up front for materials. That was on 7/12/2012. Since then we still do not have a new roof, materials/shingles or our money back. He will not return our phone calls but he has replied once or twice by text. He gave us another address of 1308 Janeway, Moore, OK. (we went to this address and it is a residence, a little boy answered the door and he did not know Chad or Excel Roofing) Now he has given us another address 1412 Salem Ave., Edmond, OK. Again, this is a residence. I have looked at the Oklahoma County Assessor website and Chad O'Laughlin is not the registered owner of the houses located at Janeway or Salem.
We also have a cell phone number (405) 757-5695. The other two people that were with him at our house during the estimate are Olivia Wilson and Cory Weitelman. I believe these are fake names...
If anyone has any information on how to catch this guy please call me at (405) 812-1567. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ouch, call a private investigator I think. If nothing else works you can check out a link below for a reliable roofer. Sorry about your situation friend.
