Express Distribution Center Toner, scam, Richo printer, under obligation, auto shipment, new model of printer Chatsworth, California

They called the office informing me that we were on auto shipment with our Richo printer and that the price for the toner was going up at the first of the year. So they would ship out 3 toners at the lower price. That the new price would take effect in Jan. We are a new office this is a leased printer red flags did not go up because they knew our printer model # and when we had gotten it. She said she was from Richo. Red flags came up when I had recieved another phone call saying that they were going to ship 3 more toners, I told them no, that I was contacting Thermocopy who we have our contract through, to inform them that I did not want anymore toner until I needed it. The woman was very persistant and tried to tell me I was under contract and I hung up on her. I called Thermocopy and found out that our toner is included in the lease, which I did not know. The toner is 47.oo we paid 587.00, so beware. There are some good liars out there. The company has no phone # or web address. As soon as I recieve the phone bill I am contacting FCC and filing fraud charges, see if I can get it stopped before someone else is scammed.
