This business Owner Earl Gooch is only a trainee plumber and has never been a licensed certified plumber. I caution any and all who call this business. The business web site shows or tells of any license - bond - insurance . In the State of Washington the law requires you to be a certified licensed plumber to install water heaters. check with . This business has not shown having any employees either in 2010 that I can find. Be aware that heisleading you to think that you are getting a certified licensed plumber and paying the price of a plumber. You are really getting a trainee plumber that has never been a certified licensed plumber. You are not getting what you are paying for with this business. Check it out for yourself.
