My story is the same as most that I read on Yahoo, Price Grabber, Yelp (to see all the negative reviews click on filtered reviews), BBB/Chicago 81 complaints filed not inclusive of mine. Each time I emailed same that my package did not arrive, Sam will respond via emails that he is contacting UPS consumer affairs in Chicago, a new shipment has been dispatched, and will be delivered in a few days. In addition, he will provide new tracking number. When you check with UPS, they cannot match the numbers. The site will say shipped, but at first did not have tracking numbers until I requested same which again are not track-able with UPS. All together, I have been provided approx 7 different tracking numbers. After contacting UPS and providing them with all the different tracking numbers that the have no record of, they have referred it over to their own fraud division. I have seen some positive reviews with smaller purchases, I am out approx $300.00.
