Possible money scam

According to Mr. Mark Williams I have won 1,000,000.00 Great Britain Pounds ,they gave me different options in witch to receive my winnings ,I chose a certified check drawn on Nationwide Bank of England ,they also told me that would cost me 320 Pounds up front before they would send the funds,they would like me to Western Union the 320 Pounds to a Mrs. Mary Lynch at 415 Strand London,WC2R 0JT in England . Something does not seem right to me, what do you think? Is this just another money scam.

I just rec'd an email saying I've been awarded $850, 000.00USD was given a phone number to call for payment info. and an email address for me to send them my name, address, and phone number to receive payment info too.
The person I'm to contact is Anita Khalid Announcer???
I'd say this is definitly a scam!
