Extremely hostile, mean harassing bad business practices

I had the misforfune to use EYEGLASSBOY and purchased a few pairs of frames from the little company in WV. Well it was the biggest mistake I ever made!!! I had to return to pairs of frames for a refund, the seller agreed to refund because I told him there just wasnt anything in his store that suited me. Well I sent the frames back and a few days later, he's got my frames and my money, so I ask about the refund, I got my head snipped off, with a nasty e-mail, that told me I was keeping him from doing productive work because of my "ridiculous" e-mail, and he ended saying "dont e-mail me again" So after that I figured there was no way I was getting a refund, I opened up a claim in paypal, thank god. I told them what happened and they said "okay we'll take over from here, you don't need to have anymore interactions with him" Well as soon as he found out I opened up a claim, he was fuming mad, started sending me, snippy, sarcastic e-mails, well you'd think that wouldn't have been so bad? He did it for 8 HOURS!!!!!!!!! harassed me over and over, I could swear he was pms'ing!!! I finally had to block him, but it was a horrible day! he did express that he was upset that I opened a claim and tried to get me to close it, but no way, not after his psychotic outbursts over e-mail. I knew I could not trust this person, and you shouldn't either, go to a reputable business, its not worth the hassle, this guy was a real bully!!!

Thanks for this tidbit, I saw them online the other day, the store looked interesting, but there are too many other guys out there who are selling products that are just as good. I will steer clear of this "little shop of horrors" thanks Dean-

My experience was nothing but stellar. I was treated with kindness, got wonderful service and couldn't possibly be more happy than I am.

Perhaps it was a bad day for both of you.

I am a return customer and will continue to do so as I love, love LOVE this shop!
