Ladies and Gentlemen;
After ordering Eyepothesis via your web site late on the night of March 7 I did not receive my order until March 12. Although it was purported to be a free eight day trial I was billed early this morning. According to the trial offer I would be billed ten days after shipment. According to the US Postal Service my order was not even electronically processed until March 9th (See below). I would like a full refund of the amount that was charged to my card and instructions on returning the remaining amount. I will not be ordering from your company again. Your quick response is appreciated.
