They ripped-off a consumer in Redlands. When they inspected the home, Their report that the home was piped with CPVC pipe when it was actually piped with polybutylene pipe which is a defective plumbing pipe material that has been subject to a recall. They state that they do their inspections to the strict standards of CREIA yet when they don't follow the standards they say they are not responsible. This problem should be rectified by a complete re-pipe to correct the error. They refused to take responsibility even when they had done the same thing in the past when they were working for Benchmark Home Inspections. (Benchmark covered the error and paid to re-pipe the home)

Jason Farley who owns Farley Construction does construction without a license, Bond or workman's comp insurance.

While working for Benchmark Inspections they were doing inspections on the side that belonged to Benchmark and kept the money. They were doing estimates for the repairs in violation of Calif. Business code. They advertise as licensed, bonded and insured. They even had a truck repossessed when Don wrecked it and had no insurance.
