I made a purchase for a decorative item called Magnicubes. Made the payment on October 18th/2012.

I Emailed them on October 24th to ask for shipping update and was told that the item will take 4 weeks after the closing date which is Oct. 26th.

Emailed them again on Nov. 23rd to get an update stating "we are in the 4th week and have not received the item yet" to which they replied saying "everything has been shipped by the merchant and you should receive the item next week"

Still nothing.

So I emailed them again on Nov. 30th saying "I have yet to receive my item" they said "We will contact the merchant."

I email them on Dec. 4th regarding the progress with the merchant and didn't get a response.

I email them again on Dec. 5th regarding the progress with the merchant and didn't get a response.

I email them again on Dec. 6th regarding the progress with the merchant and didn't get a response.

When I made the purchase their email said "We live to serve"

I guess since Teambuy bought the company, Fab Find jumped out the window.
