Fabulousnails.com Coupon Codes don't work or freeze up the computer, can not redeem them! Internet

Using an online deal site, I purchased a $12 set of nail polish sheilds for $6. I recieved my redeption code and proceeded to FabulousNails.com Once there, I picked out my set and put it into my online shopping cart. I proceeded through their checkout and discovered I would get free shipping too. I used my coupon code and it immediately took the $12 credit off. Me=Super happy! But that was the end of my happiness. Once I made it though their checkout system and reached the last page and submitted the order, their site froze. Their 'processing' icon continued to spin and spin and spin and spin. I even chased down my pet and returned to find it still processing. After all the spinning, I finally had to give up. It was obvious my order was either completed and frozen or not completed... and frozen. I refreshed the page. This left me facing the checkout screens again, from the beginning with an item in my cart. Still, I hoped the order had gone through. So I checked my email. No confirmation that the order was recieved. So, I attempted to check out again. Placed my coupon code into the form. And, now it is invalid. So, they've taken my coupon and marked it used, but have cancelled my order due to their site freezing. No response from the deal site or Fabulous Nails. They only give you 3 days to use this coupon for holiday sheilds if you want delivery by Christmas. Of course I want delivery by Christmas, they're HOLIDAY themed nails!
