It's the same thing as all the other ones. They offer a "family" atmosphere, then want you working 60 hours a week banging on doors in the dark. They constantly harass the staff in the office. They have all those stupid cliche posters hanging all over the wall about having integrity or leadership. Anytime you see people trying to sell you on their integrity, you can assume they have none. They're completely in over their heads as a company. It's horribly run. Anytime you see the company "executives" down every other week, you know they're clueless. Flat out, they treat people like crap. They don't pay nearly what they say they will. And they demand long working hours. It's a 1099 position, so they never have to pay any taxes or benefits. Hmmm...don't think that's legal, requiring all that work for an independent contractor. Someone should investigate these frauds. Don't work for them. You'll have your job for two weeks, tops.

If they call you for an interview, throw your phone out the window and run. You're better off being unemployed than being swindled by another network marketing scheme run by fools promising you $50,000 checks for "easy sales."
