Back in september 2010 I was looking on the internet because I am going through a custody battle with my son in law mother I lost my daughter and son in law back Dec.2009 and seen where they report to BBB so I gave them a call and I spoke with Eric Seagual and he told me that they were not attorney they get attorneys to do the paper work and I would have to go from there but the people have working just write up the papers but I would have to file them in court. I explain to him that I need to get this going before it got in court in Georgia well I paid them off in Nov.2010 and after that I started calling leaving messages for someone to call me back no return phone calls and then I stop putting in a exstention number so then this young lady Diane who had called me once or twice for a payment answers the phone and I told her that I had made my payment in full and she told me to hold on. When she came back to the phone she stated that yes you have made all your payments and she was gonna have someone to call me back. When Eric called me back he gave some Attorneys name and number I called number it was as though it was not a business he took my name and number never heard back from him after that. I called Family Solution back and I spoke with Eric again and then he put me on hold and camr back with a guy name George Ellis and we spoke on my case then a week later he telling me Johnny Mcrales was handling things for me. Mr. Ellis calls her up on three way calling she tells me she was gonna call me back in a hour no hour phone call, so I wait until the next day and try to talk to her and she does answer the phone so buy this time I'm angry and frustrated because I have gave these people my money and I got no service from them. I have tried to call them to ask for a refund the lady Diane told me she do not handle that I would have to speak with manger Keith well he do not retun calls and now no answer from my phone at all can some one please tell what to do I have two kids that I have to take care of I need my money back.
