Farrell's Heating and A/C Stole 360.00 Dollars Sioux City, Iowa

Company ripped me off for 360.00 Came to my home and said that my system was low of freon and had a leak, they charged me to add stop leak and freon. The system still did not cool had to call them back and they wanted to sell me a new system for 3200.00. I called another company for a second opinon and the said that the system was over charged by Farrell's and that it had a bad switch that was allowing the heater to run at the same time as the A/C. and stated that the syatem was good and did not need to be replaced at this time. The other company charged 100.00 parts and labor to repair the system and now it works great no issues, I called and talked to Rick Farrell and he was very rude and called me a liar I told him I would like a refund for the services not needed he said no and that was the end of the call.
