Fayette County Friend of the Court Barbara Norris lying, wrongful use of power, Lexington, Kentucky

I also have a report on Barbara Norris with the Fayett County, KY Friend of the Court. A year ago The court told me to go see her about setting up visitation for my daughter. Her mother and I had been together and had split about a month pryer to this. Her mother make accusations that I beat her up, not my daughter but my ex. Barbara read off what my ex had said about me. My ex had said I through her to the ground, choked her, put a cigarette out on her skin, threw her into a dresser and threatened to kill her. The police had come out the night she came home and proceeded to kick me out of our house. 3 officers were there and they all looked us both head to toe looking for injuries of any sort but could not find any. There is a good reason for that and that is because I have never laid a hand on a woman or child and dispise those men that do. So I told Barbara about the police report and she wrote down my statement. I thought things were going well sence she was taking notes and not being rude.....yet! About two weeks later Barbara sent me a letter showing her findings and final report to her supervisor. She wrote down everything my ex said in the report as if it were facts. She left out the part about the police report saying my ex was lying and she also left out everything I said in my defense. That was all about a year ago. My ex left the state and moved to GA with my daughter. And left me with no money and no vehicle. The money in the account was all from my paycheck and we had agreed to sale my vehicle to save money about a year before the break-up. So I could not afford and did not have the means to travel to the half way point Barbara established which is Knoxville, TN. Barbara told the court that she believed that I pose a risk to my daughter's safety and should only be aloud 2 hours supervised visitation, and only when my ex is available to meet me with my daughter. So last month after getting a raise I contact Barbara Norris to make sure I can still go through the visitation as previously discussed and she tells me yes. I contact the place in Knoxville and fill out a large stack of papers and send them in along with a 35 dollar money order and have them to contact Barbara Norris as she requested. I got another packet in the mail 3 weeks later saying I have to fill out different types of forms since the case was closed. I call today which is 2 weeks have past since I sent that second packet in the mail. I was informed today that last week Barbara Norris contacted them to inform them I will need to go back to court to make sure the court still wants the visitation to go through this place. Barbara has my phone number and email and has not contacted me to inform me of this. Just a month ago she said the visitation was good to go and now after jumping through all the hoops I have to go back to court and miss more work and pay out more money. And in the end i'm assuming the court will just say continue with the supervised visitation of my daughter. Barbara Norris is given way too much power over these affairs and there is really no one that is there to cross examine victoms and suspects. Even the President of the United States has Congress looking over everything he does, can no one think to look over this ladies paperwork and cases? I just read another post on this site about her and it really hit home and I thought it was my responsibility to write this report as well. She can't just continue to do people wrong and ruin lives like this without any consequences can she?
