I received a call at my job today from a gentleman that had an accent from india, which you could barley understand. He said to hold because there was an attorney on the line that needed to talk to me. So I held. Then another gentleman with the same bad accent by the name Greg came on the line. He knew my first and last name, my email address and my social. He stated that I had defalted on a Pay Day Loan that I had received in July. I never even had a Pay Day Loan. He told me that if I didn't set up some type of payment option or it would go to court and he would contact my employer and I would loose my job. When I tried to get more information he got really rude and said that he was not arguing with me and hung up. He told me I had one hour to set up some kind of payment or I would have to stand up before a judge and plead my case.
