Federal Labor Law Office Labor Law Poster Scam SAINT PETERSBURG, Florida

This sale was done on a false pretense and I was told that we were currently not in compliance with Texas law and that I could be fined for not having proper signs in our offices. I was then told that I would be charged 189.00 for signs for all of our offices; however I was charged 253.00 and only received one sign. In Addition, the signs are no different then what we already have and there is no expiration date. Lastly, I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations regarding the business tactics and ethics. I have the same complaint about this company- they act as though they are the federal government and threaten you with fines- you can get these posters for free!! Not hundreds of dollars!! I have emailed the above contact- thank you for posting!!

Same thing happened to me. During the phone call, I specifically asked if it was a government agency or a private company. The lady's response was that "this is the Federal Labor Law Office from which all Federal Labor Law posters are shipped."
Just got off the phone with my bank disputing this transaction.
