FireFly Displays promotes some "new" illuminated/moving signs and tries to sign up sign shops as dealers across the country. I just wanted to warn you about doing business with them because the owner is a complete and total con man. First, he promised me a 5% over-ride on all the sales of the sign shops I brought on board. It's the only reason I did it as the $20 up-front commish off the $47 fee was not worth the time. Well, after almost 2 months, he told me I wasn't getting anything. Zero . Zip. Nada. Just as dealers were starting to order signs, he refused to honor his deal with me. And no, I did not get it in writing. I'm am honest person and I go by what someone tells me. Besides, I've had contracts in the past, people broke them, and it was too much of a hassle to go after them. Mario told me at LEAST 10 different times I was getting a 5% override. In addition, he had me quote prices to people and yet when they went to pay, he charged them a higher price. I really doubt you want to look like an idiot to your clients when you tell them one price and he comes back with a higher price when you get ready to buy. Also, he tells people they'll have their order in 2 weeks and they are lucky to have it in 4 weeks.
Again, I doubt you want to look like an idiot to your customers by promising them a delivery date and it did not happen because Firefly is so dishonest. Lastly, he told me to tell sign shops they could have an exclusive....especially only one Sign-A-Rama or one Fast Signs or one Post Net in an area. Well, he recently told me to ignore that and get everything I could in a city. When I told him I made promises to people because of what he told me, like no more than 3 sign shops of any kind in a city, he said he didn't care and to get more. p.s. I contacted all the sign shops I signed up to warn them he's a scum bag and they ALL said his "dealer kit" was a piece of garbage and they didn't want to do business with him anyway. |

This company provides a quality product and has prove to be fair, honest and reliable. This person was found to have background of similar illegal acts and was terminated from this company due to violating our company polities and will be facing charges for extortion and slander.
