First Choice Design unknown FRAUD/FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - Microsoft Office Professional 2010 Galesburg,, Illinois

On February 4, 2013, I ordered the Microsoft Office Professional 2010 Plus and paid $99.99. I have been trying to communicate through email at [email protected] and I get a message of: This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
I have been calling their toll free #(866)888-9189 at different hours of the day without success. I started to question myself as to why I haven't received my order and decided to tried to contact them. How do I get my money back? First Choice Design is $99.99 richer many times? I am upset and at the same time I feel "It was too good to be true." Please help us for those who have been ripped-out from this "fictitious company?" To stop others to be victimize like I have from I"nternet Fraud." Thank you, any help is more than no help at all.
