ANGEL GERMAIN IS A SCAM ARTIST!! I live in South Black Forest, Colorado, just north of Colorado Springs. At the end of August 2011, Angel Germain came to my door and rattled off that she is a college student at CU Boulder and her major is aeronotical engineering. She stated that she was hoping to do an internship with Boeing in Georgia this year. They had pulled a wreckage of a P51 Mustang plane off of the bottom of the ocean and she was asked to help in it's restoration. She kept saying "yeah, I am a nerd" She had braids on either side of her head, long dirty blonde hair and glasses. Hippy looking, just like all of the kids that go to CU Boulder. She smelt like cigarettes. She said that her family lived in the neighborhood right behind us and he was retired from the Navy. She was selling books to raise money to go on this trip. I looked at the books, she provided a card with her name and organization, First Sales LLC. She said that she prefers cash, I never carry cash so I wrote a check. This just happened yesterday, I am calling first thing in the morning to cancel the check. She asked if she could come in and go to the bathroom, she had been walking a lot and didn't want to have to walk all the way home. I let her in and just let her use the bathroom on my main level. I am not sure if she was casing my house for a future buglery or not. I do have an ADT sign out in front and I have 4 dogs. She went to everyone else in the neighborhood and so far I know that 2 others gave her cash. Don't believe her, she is a scam artist..........my daughter just left for college 1 week ago, so I had a soft spot in my heart for her trying to raise money for her "nerdy" interest in aeronautical engineering.
