First of all I purchused the parkbills online and only wanted the bills and nothing else, there was no cart so I could not delete anything and this was on a saturday. I called on Sunday and they were close, so when I called on Monday they said that my order had not gone through and I need to try in 3 hours, so I tried every three hours and had talked to 3 different people (unfortunatly I did not get names). When I called back on Tuesday I talk to someone (didnt get the name) and he stated that they would cancel my charge and only send the bills for $25 total because my order was processed but not shipped. I saw the pending charge of $160 drop off my account so I thought that it was ok but I was mistaken. About 3 weeks later I see the $160 charge on my account and was a little upset, but me working in customer service I deal with angry people all day so when I called I was very polite. I first talked with George #208 on 10 Feb 11 and he stated there is nothing he can do since there are no noted in the computer and no record of me calling so I had told him that "since he does not want to help me, I would like to talk to his Supervisor" and at that point he got upset and gave me an attutde about me saying that. I then talked to his supervisor Tenisha #585 who was even ruder than George, I stated my situation again but said now my main concer is how I was treated as a customer. She stated to me"I will discuss this with him but their is nothing I can do about your situation" so I explained "I dont think you will talk to him but can I speak to a supervisor", thats when things went bad and she started yelling at me "dont tell me what Im not going to do". I was offended with this act and I had to remain calm and speak over her saying "let me speak to your supervisor". After about 3 min of her yelling at me she simply said "you know what sir, you have a good day" (which was ment to anger me but it did not) before putting me on hold (to make me hang up), she cam on 1 min later and said "sir I will get my manager for you". I waited for another min and then Gloria #023 got on and again I explained this situation to her and again it was stated that I have to wait until the package arrives and return to sender before they can give me credit (understandable). I told her that because someone failed to do thier job, or lied to me I am not going to be able to pay bills and this charge will overdraft my account. She said I can fax my statement to them and "maybe" they would credit me back. That was not good enough for me because if they lied and scammed me like this I will not send them my bank account statement because thats just asking for fraud. I did inform them I would be contacting the BBB on this and naming them directly as well. I feel that this company has ripped me of as well as others and they should not be able to operate under such poor standards or inadiquet people working for them who care nothing about a customer. I know they do not because the people I was talking to were all in the same call center because I could hear them talking to each other about the situation as well as I do not think that any off them were supervisors but just people that work there. I will be sending this letter many places including the main office (if I can find it).
