Fl AC and Duct Cleaning llc Found throughout Florida- Another occurrance in Tampa Hallandale, Florida

Company advertises very frequently in the monthly mail advertising booklets. Offered air duct cleaning, ductwork and AC unit inspection, dryer lint cleaning, and one free reusable air filter for $99. Team stated freon was low, and needed additional 2 lbs of freon. Did not actually fill up, but charged $40 for it. When cleaning dryer vent, destroyed linoleum flooring in laundry room. Immediately took pictures and sent to their claims department. Claims department refused to speak with us, them finally said "we are not responsible" and hung up on me. We never received our air filter, and the company just kept passing the buck. Found the company with over 50 complaints on the Better Business Bureau, which does not accredit the company and gives them an F rating.
