Forged Signature on Contract/ Billing for Services not rendered.

To Whom It May Concern:
The balance of $7,918.75 is not correct. FleetMatics sales team convinced me that I did not have to have the minimum of five units. I was told that I could pay for only the units that I used, and as my company grew I could expand up to the five units or more and pay for those units as needed.
FleetMatics also promised to install and maintain their equipment. They sent an installer who only installed one tracker. I called FleetMatics to request an installer come out to install other trackers. They never sent out installers as agreed.
FleetMatics breeched their own written and verbal contract. Salesmen verbally misrepresented the contract when I was told I could pay for the trackers as I needed them. Plus, the trackers were not installed and maintained as agreed.
I contacted Michael Rantz of FleetMatics and he put me in touch with Kara Jones. She said she could make a deal to arbitrate this matter and I would then be charged for only the trackers I used for the time I used them. I never heard anything back so I assumed the matter would be handled and my bill would be adjusted accordingly.
I was surprised when a debt collector called to inform me that, “FleetMatics had accelerated the full balance of the contract.” They terminated service in November of 2011, but still charged as if all five trackers were in use the entire time. This is so unfair. How could they expect me to pay for service I was promised but never received?
Fleetmatics did not even give me the option or the ability to use the services for which they are charging me. I refuse to pay for services not rendered. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission, a government agency for the protection of consumer rights. The file number is 36662118.
How many other businesses have been preyed upon by offering of free tracking units, and then charged for services never received?
I only owe fleetmatics for the tracking services that I used. They didn’t even allow me to use the rest of the time they are charging me for. Some one forged my signature on the contract that accompanied my summons.
