Florida Asset Rehab Central Florida Property DOES NOT PAY YOU Tampa, Florida

This company hires subcontractors to perform property preservation work. You do the work and you then have to wait 30 - 45 days to get paid. In the meantime, the owner, Melissa Davis, is deducting falsified "chargebacks" against your pay and many times you end up with nothing. The above mentioned "chargebacks" are deductions that are passed from the clients to Florida Asset Rehab for incorrect or incomplete work. Davis makes up her own chargebacks, applies them to the contractor, yet SHE still gets paid by the client. So she is making DOUBLE the money for a job that we completed. And the contractor never gets paid. Melissa Davis (the owner) is a drunk who just got off probation for fraud. She is constantly cutting your pay, arguing with you, and she flies off the handle like a crazy person when you try to defend your rights to your money. She has opened other companies under her kids' names so that she can trick clients. She takes extravagant vacations 4 times a year, but has no money to pay her contractors. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING FOR FREE!!!

We also worked very hard for Florida asset rehab. We were paid pennies. With so much time and out of pocket costs we were forced to give notice we could no longer afford to complete work orders for them. They told us we did great work and they were very happy with us. They promised to fix the payroll problems. To date they still owe us our pay in the thousands.
