From a Report to Office of Inspector General: Olga Ospina of Florida Rehabilitation Services USA, Inc 3801 Collins Ave apt 1205 Miami Beach, FL 33140 (305) 606-6721 and Kids Therapy Works, LLC (same address and individual) Florida Rehabilitation is a home care Occupational Therapy company that
specializes in children and is solely operated by Olga Ospina. In March
2011 Ms. Ospina was subject to a billing audit by Medicare for which she
has 2 Medicare provider numbers. To my knowledge only 1 of her cases
were audited and found that she had incorrectly billed for her services,
the patient not being eligible for medicare, and she has to reimburse
medicare for the amount. Ms. Ospina created 4 years of false records for this patient upon being
notified of the audit and submitted them as evidence of care provided.
She also created false records, all at one time, for all of her other
patients for the prior 4 years all at the end of March 2011 and coerced
the parents into signing them having billed medicare for dates and times
she either did not or couldn't recall seeing the patients. I believe a
look at the records will indicate several incidents of over billing and
billing for care that was not provided. Kids Therapy Works, LLC was set up by Ms. Ospina and Karen Jordan as an
Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy practice and operated in a
similar fashion billing for services that were never provided. Ms. Ospina learned this practice by working for American Therapeutic and
Medlink Professional Management in 2003-2004 having been paid $2500 a
week for using her Occupational Therapist credentials to create false
files and fraudulently bill Medicare for services that were never
provided. Principals of these firms pleaded guilty on May 3, 2011 to
more than $200million in Medicare fraud

These are false unsustainable accusations made by a very angry ex, trying to destroy me and my company. Neither my company nor myself have ever being investigated and had never committed any fraud.

These are false unsustainable accusations made by a very angry ex, trying to destroy me and my company. Neither my company nor myself have ever being investigated and had never committed any fraud. In addition, I never worked for American Therapeutic neither Medlink Professional Management, In fact I lived Out of State prior 2004. All my license are clean, and I practice my profession with high ethical and Moral Standars.
