This Blogger has nothing to blog about so she makes up stories about her items not being what she wanted. She ask for the refund in a money order because she canceled her paypal after she order the dress which was very strange then says on her blog who still uses money order. One of the dresses that we shipped to her express, which she returned was sold to a customer who loved it with no compaints. If you are bigger than a size XL don't order a XL that could be how the seams tore. I can't beleive she is going over the top about $85, our cheapest dress, well we sent her back $100. I guess there is no satisfying people when they're looking for a problem sorry we aren't perfect. |

Funny, I never said the dress did not fit, I SAID IT WASN"T "MY TYPE". As far as paypal, I only uesd it to pay for the dress b/c it's what you use for your site. I offered you an alternative, which was WePay. Of course I'm going to write about my experience, and it even took you days to send the refund in the mail AFTER I posted it on my blog. The envelop that it was mailed in was post stamped for the 22nd...you emailed DAYS before that saying the money order was mailed.
The price of the $85 is irrelevant. It's the fact that it took so long to get my money back.

Why would you have us express you a dress that you knew wasn't your type? We tried to satisfy you but it just seemed like nothing was good enough. If you didn't like the dress that's fine there is no time table for a refund, we use paypal to conduct most of our business. You paid through paypal that's where your money was so if there is a problem with your order we could issue a refund threw paypal and it would be back on your card but you canceled your paypal and we don't use we pay so it caused a problem. The thing I don't understand is if you are unhappy with a product or service how does it become a scam. I spend hours on my clothing and for you a person who I looked up and voted for in the blog competition to call my company a scam because it didn't workout for you is wrong. |
