I was late on the rest of my down payment, because Trista the special finance lady their debited my checking account $1000.00 2 weeks early which cause me to have bank problems. They did give me a check to deposit but the damage was done, so of course on the day it actually was suppose to get debited the funds were not available. On 08/15 Rich one of the finance guys calls all my references telling them that they will be filing felony charges against me for giving them a bad check. I did not give them a bad check it was a debit, but I guess our legal system doesn't see a difference. I tried to talk with the GM Wally who at first sounded sympathetic and he said he would fix it. It was just hot wind coming out of his mouth. I also spoke with the owner Jim Walland in attempt to resolve this and he is a thug, nothing more, nothing less. I did though authorize them to debit my account on 08/26/11 for $250.00 today I found out they did four debits on my account $50.00 - $100.00 - $250.00 - and finally $500.00 I do not recommend anyone doing any type of business with them. They have no compassion, and I think a person would be better off shooting themselves in the foot. I would like to add that I was late on the remaining down payment, but it did not have any cause for them to call and harass me with jail.
