Doug the owner, gave me a initial estimate for my 2005 Ford Excursion Diesel of $1,100 to send fuel injectors off and get new o rings and reinstall. The ford dealer book says at the most $400 for labor for 8 injectors and $350 for the repair and flow test for 8 Injectors. So Doug that less than you initial estimate. When he called me back after the truck was taken apart he told me it would be $2,900 over the phone to be fixed for good which he was repairing the fuel injectors and replacing the bad ones and I think a part that controls the fuel pressure he said was stuck open. He also stated that part had to be replaced that controlled the flow of fuel to the injectors which was $380. He had my truck for 2 weeks got it back and still ran the same. He tried to sell me a programer and tell me this would make it run better and get rid of my issues. This was a huge lie. Hey Doug the egt has nothing to do with what my symptoms where at all. After I drove the truck for 1 and 1/2 weeks it just died on the top of a hill at night. After I called him he said for me to pay for the tow bill and have it sent to his shop. I made him pay that bill. After another week at shop he said it was bad injector and he had to get one done under warranty and one I had to buy. When I went to pick the truck up I noticed my rear bumper was wrecked and the right quarter had paint damage and my hood was damaged. The interior of my truck was full of grease on 4 seats dash steering etc. The exterior of the truck had grease and oil speared all over it. The grease was in my carpet. He then tried to give me a bill for $600 I test drove the truck and the truck ran but the issues where not gone. After I took it to a real ford dealer and they found a high pressure oil leak again and bad injectors which two he just replaced. after I confronted him he denied everything and of course said it was not his fault. He avoids any phone calls or text from me. He has never returned my call. I also had a issue with my a/c line that goes from the front of the truck to the rear of the truck , it had a hole in it from hitting the valve cover and all the freon leaked out. I had to take the line out repair it and have the system recharged. I confronted him about this he of course denied this as well. he said he would fix it for $350. I cant say he did this but it looks real suspicious. I drove my truck for more than six months from the last time the truck was in any shop and anyone had there hands on the engine. I am suing this guy and filing every complaint I can so no one can be ripped off by this con man ever again. Doug My bill should have been only at max for what you did which was BS $400 for taking the 8 injectors out. You did not send them out to be fixed. You are a dishonest person and karma will get you one day. Hey Doug Ford and several others would like to know what did you actually fix on my truck? I think you changed the oil.
