They claim to have got your resume from Career Builders and offer a Check Assist Manager's job. It all seems real simple. You download a contract and fax it back.

Well, I got a check in the mail to cash before I ever faxed the contract back! The whole contract seemed suspicious which is why I didn't fax it back.

I wrote void across the phony check and mailed it back to the company with a copy of the report I got from the RipOff website. I wrote "'nuff said?" across the top.

We'll see what happens next with my new "employer". Probably nothing, just like the value of that check.
