FPL they are not committed to thier costomers Internet, Florida

I been with FPL for more then 30 years and they have never been fair to any customers and they sure do not committed to the fair treatment. fpl is only out thier to make money and don't care what they do to others. they will send you a final notice to you by mail telling you if you do not pay your bill by this date your power will be off but you only to get this notice about ten days after the power has already been turn off. now fpl don't care at all about customers all they want is the money and more deposit if you don't pay the deposit they just turn your power off over a deposit. which i think is wrong .like i said i been with them for more then 30 years and have paid them more in deposit then what my bill is they have over 600.00 of my money in deposit and my bills are only about 80.00 to 100.00 each month. now they have had my deposit for years now and i have never seen one dollar of it back. now about a week ago they turn off my power for a 50.00 dollar bill and at that time i was in the hospital and did not know that it was off untill i came home that day from the hospital and when i call them about this all i got from that person was if you paid your bill it would not had been turn of.f i try to tell her that i was in the hospital and that fpl has over 600.00 of my money for a deposit and they should of not turn me off no matter what i said to her. she just got to be to much and keep saying pay your bill when i ask that when i pay this how long before my power would be back on. all she said in the next 24 hours. so i said ok let me pay this now to you. i went to give her my checking number she told me that i would have to pay this in cash. when i ask why she just said that the only way they would take payment from me but she would never tell me way so i had to wait untill the next day before i could get this paid because no place was open at this time to make payment. so as you can see by this the customers is never treat fair by them. so all i can say is that we the people should all get to gether and send washington letter's after letter's untill they do something about companys like fpl to stop them from ripping of customers and take everything from us. we all need to do this for it to work for all of us let show them that they can not keep pushing us around.
