He ran from Maine to connetticut where he work for the Freeman Lawfirm in hartford ct. He screwed them and then ran to florida to start scamming here. He has taken his last 4 girlfriends for about a million dollars. He makes them get a mortgage or credit cards and then after he bleeds them he leaves them. He is on several dating sites including Eharmony ( he likes it cause u cant search for him and catch him cheating ). He took his own mother for everything she had while she was on her death bed dying with cancer. He took all his siblings inheritance and spent it with his power of atty he got.
He screwed Elliot London in massachusetts as well out of credit and money and almost got him in trouble for stuff Elliot didnt do. Frank is a professional scammer. Especially with women.
