They will charge you on the exact date one month apart; watch your monthly statements. You will never reach a human being to complain and will file several "help desk ticket receipts" but no solution. And read the fine print, if you return your "100% money back guarantee" "you will be reported to 7 agencies as making fraudulent charges" as the fine print reads several pages later - long after the purchase has been made. And the second, unapproved charge to your credit card is some random number, not doubled or the same amount, some random higher number though! My company has wasted at least six to 18 hours on trying to come to some resolution to no avail! I think that Frank should reimburse me my hourly pay, hours I should have spent making money not doubly wasting it!
