Recently my mother had a dealing with this scumbag. He charged her thousands of dollars cash for work that has to be completely redone and many tools and items missing that he claimed he never had access to while he was the only one in the unit besides my mom all week. I wish mom knew how to use the internet and investigate this @sshole prior to this complaint by simply typing (fred forgione massachusetts) in google. She would have seen the rash of scams this guy is responsible for and just who this guy really is. If you meet him be very careful this guy is smart, a thief, extortionist and a seasoned con artist. Anything he sees you may never see again!
