My wife did log-in to the site and did mistakenly assume that this was the official government site to renew a driver's license. After realizing her error she promptly requested the charges be reversed and they were. However, after reviewing my bank statement I noticed that we have been charged again. This was completely unauthorized. To others who are falling into this "trap" and being deceived...continue to be diligent regarding this company. Apparently, they have no problem with re-billing without consent.

I also fell into this website while applying for a new driver's license on what I thought to be an official government website. I was charged $34.96 initially, $1.04 the next month, and am now being charged $9.97. I have not been able to contact whoever is making these unauthorized charges; therefore, I contacted my bank and had my debit card cancelled. There will be no more unauthorized deductions from this place! I also requested my bank to contact the proper authorities who will look into this matter and work on getting all my money back.
