Dear Mr.Ruggiero


I am writing to you under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 93A,Section 9, the Consumer Protection Act. I am writing to request relief as outlined in that statute.



On 1/31/2009 I bought a 2008 Santa Fe I paid for a Ins disability beneft for $907.27 on 08/17/2010 I had accident and filled all the paper work and recieved a letter saying I have no policy I went to the dealer and talked to Paul Andrade Finance Manager who talked to Christine Giarratano and was told she take care of this problem and will get back to me in five days. I called her and was told she on the phone or away her desk and left a message everytime with no call back I returned to dealer and meet with Finance Manager Paul Andrade who talked to Christine who would call me the next morning and she didn't call went to see Paul Andrade an was assured I would be called by the end of the day no call. I called this morning and put on hold for more than 15 mins.


I believe that the acts or practices are declared unlawful by Section 2 of Chapter 93A, which declares unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in theconduct of any trade or commerce unlawful.


I will give you to 5:00 pm to settle 04/07/2011 before I start any action.
