I signed up for Frontiers dsl package which included my Directv and phone service. I selected the package that had DSL for 17.99 for life. Now I have received my bill for September and the charge for the DSL service is 19.49. I called to have this explained and was told that this was now going to be the charge for this service. I explained that I signed up for the 17.99 for life and expected the price never to change as long as I was alive and that was the contract that I had signed up for and wanted them to honor that contract. I was given the run around and told sorry this is the way it was going to be. Well I'm sorry but that is not acceptable and will not except anything but what was agreed. If anyone has been ripped off from Frontier in this same situation don't take it lets stick together and demand our rights.
