fsgw Defective RAM Memory, Refused to Offer Refund unless I Revised and Removed Negative eBay Feedback, Diamond Bar, California

I purchased two identical ram memory sticks to go into a computer
from the merchant "fsgw"on eBay.
The two memory sticks worked individually and with other memory;
however, when the two sticks were installed together (with no other
memory or in conjunction with other memory), the blue screen of death
would occur. I tried many different configurations of memory (amt. of
ram, slot location, etc) with the same outcome. I contacted the seller several times via email to find out if they had had
similar problems from the ram or knew of any fixes.
After emailing back and forth, we concluded that the memory needed
to be returned, which I did. It was purchased on 3-6,
shipped to me on 3-7 and arrived back at the seller on 4-2. The seller is now threatening to withhold refund unless I "remove and revise"
the feedback left for them from negative to positive.
The seller has a history of receiving negative feedback because of selling
non-working memory on eBay. It is not my fault the memory was defective
and additionally did everything the seller asked and required to return
the memory to them. I even had to pay out my pocket for return
shipping in the amount of $2.19 for a bad product going back to a bad
eBayer."
