I ordered the game "X-Plane 10" with some money I had gotten for Christmas. After they gave me a hard time trying to pay with paypal, it didn't ship. I called them and they weren't that nice to me. It finally shipped, though. Finally, after getting the game, it didn't work on my computer. So I figured maybe they'd let me return it. I sent in a return form. They didn't reply after 2 days, so I called them and left a message. No reply. Sent them 2 email/messages. Still no reply. Called again, and they STILL DIDN'T REPLY. I feel that they somewhat scammed me. This was a total scam and I'm not satisfied. I'm a huge FS enthusiast and hear me out on this: I'm NEVER, EVER buying anything from this website again.

You do realise if it doesn't work on your computer they are not liable and it is down to you to check to see if the game is compatible with your hardware?

You have bo right to receive a refund unless it's an error with the disc, scratched or defaced, or the packaging itself.
