funny charms I placed an order money was transferred but I did not get products Jupiter, Florida

I ordered two charms from funny charms.com. Money was transferred. The orders were placed on 4/22/2011 and 4/25/2011. I have not gotten my charms and I have tried to contact funny charms.com by phone and e-mail 3 times with no response.

I ordered 7 charms on April 28, 2011 and have never received my charms either but they took my money as well. I have called and left messages I have written on-line several times with no response.

OMG, I did the same thing! I ordered 5 charms and paid on 12/28/10 and have never received. I've left several phone messages and 2 e-mails and have never gotten a response. My order is still shown as pending on their website. I received an e-mail with the name of the person who this money was transferred to. Do we have any way of pursuing this? It isn't right and I don't want anyone else getting ripped off!

I am currently having the same issue with them. I wish i would have looked into it more. My order still says "pending" and i've tried to contact them several times and have gotten no response.

I have done the same thing and it's sad that they would do this to us as I live of off Social Security checks. It was the only gift I could afford for my daughter's birthday and now I have no more money to buy her a gift this year. If you guys are suing, please let me know so that I can join in. my email is [email protected]
