GA or GrantAssist TGA or The Grant Assist hidden fee, stole money, used me, ripped me off Internet ,Las Vegas, Nevada

I ordered software online from grant assist. Was led to believe this was thru the federal government. A fee of 2 dollars 99 cents for shipping and handling is charged. My acount was charged this. Then the next day a overseas charge of 57 dollars appeared. At this point my bank put a hold on my bank card. If they had not done so i would not have known till who knows when. When I called my bank to complain about the added charge they said it was affiliated with the grant assist billing. They gave me a phone number which was disconnected. I looked online and found a prior Ripoff Report from 2007 on this company. Appearently they used to have a hidden fee going directly to them. Now they filter it overseas to make it harder to trace and prosecute. After 4 yrs. they are still up to the same trick. Stealing money!
