I joined Game Mine's rent service for video games on March 31st. They sent the first game and over a week later, I never received the game. After waiting several days, I cancelled my account. The service was not what I expected. Now they have charged my credit card without asking 50 dollars for a game that they never even sent to me. The merchant told me it is up to me to file a claim at the post office to find it? Why when he mailed it? It is his responsibility. This company is ripping me off.

We have resolved this review with this particular customer. He has been quite satisfied with the resolution that we provided to him. We of course canceled the authorization onto his card because we had tracking showing the return of the game back to us.
Also, we provided clarification to him as it was misinterpreted as that he would have to proceed with a claim with the USPS. However, after speaking to this customer, we explained we wanted him to process a claim with our CSR claims department so we could start our investigation with the USPS.
