i had a account in gamersfirst .i palyed a game 9dragons i spend many money on item mall is shop for the game and they block my account without reason.i lost my money and my time !!

I play 9 dragons 5 years and this game selled twice in another company first company was acclaim from there I took him back then Gamersfirst took it and I take him again and now gamescampus took it but Gamersfirst didn't send my files cause I don't register those days of transfer cause I was in hospital and they tell me that they can't do anything and I spend a lot of years and money to reach this level and they took me to zero?this is unfair and when a game sells must be all data including Ty all for attention I want to buy a solution@
