Game seller pros has held my money for several months now. Albert Accuri probably started his buisness with good intentions and will brag about his company being a million dollar company. The problem is, Albert and Game seller pros will take your money and not deliver what he promised. The one good thing is he will stay in contact with you as long as you send an e-mail first. He constantly tries to get you to buy /order more services before he delivers on the first one you made. He has had my $1500.00 for 8 months now. I changed my order recently to attemp to at least get something for my money. I will update this again when I have any further news.

Yes he (Albert Arcuri) just did this to me about the same time with EXACTLY the same procedure. I purchased a package for about $1000 which didn't get completed as promised, all the while I was pushed to purchase great deals to the point I felt I had to just to get my original order completed. I then didn't get the other items I had purchased and never had the first order completed. When I refused to order more items I was threatened with my account being banned! DO NOT use this company you will be sorry. If you have been ripped off by Albert Alcuri / gamesellerpros please email me with your story @ [email protected] as we are working on a lawsuit.

Sir, we know who you are, and your orders were 98% completed. The entire order was done except for 6 augments. The final order that needed to be finished was not finished because you didn't allow us to do so. We ALWAYS try to the best of our abilities to work with our clients and resolve any issues that may arise. We are still willing to do so, should you choose to contact our customer service. The reason the last 1% of your order was not completed is because you changed the account password and refused to allow us back on to finish the order. We absolutely DO NOT ban accounts because a client doesn't want to make another purchase. That is 100% false information that you are spreading. We even went so far as to have our CEO contact you on several occasions via text message, to which you never replied. We have made numerous attempts to remedy the situation with you, but your unwillingness has made it impossible. Readers beware--this individual is clearly disgruntled, and embellishing his story with plenty of falsifications. Again, sir, we will be more than willing to assist you in this issue if you follow the proper avenues and contact our customer service. We will absolutely work something out with you to get your order complete, as it is never our intention to have a client leave dissatisfied or with any ill will. Please note, we do have documentation of all communication between you and the company, and posting slander or libel on the internet is illegal. We can back our claims and they will stand in court. Dear Kendall,
For your information we removed access to our account by your "company" due to the threats of having it banned. We entrusted you, and your "CEO" Albert Arcuri threatened us with a ban. Clearly, as you yourself stated above you "ban" accounts. This to me is absolutely wrong. I have EVERY text, email and chat from Albert and "Jason". I was promised a package that included augments which I never got. I was told if I bought more items it would expedite my first order. I wired payment after payment and finally paid $300.00 (via wire) for a "gm" item that was NEVER delivered. I paid over $1600.00 for orders that were never completed. Again, for you to say they were never completed because I pulled my info is rediculous, it was pulled because the time frame of 2 weeks (not counting the SoE downtime) had come and gone, and because of the threats of banning and the "stop work on all orders if you don't buy more items" from your CEO- Albert Arcuri.

You can either deliver my item in game OR refund my money for the item i never received. I will give you a week which is more than fair or I WILL sue your company for internet scams involving wiring of money, for my money back and damages. I will also post all of the chat/text in a timeline to show all how Albert / Game Seller Pros operates and I don't think you want that. DO NOT contact me again telling me if I spend more money I will get an item as Albert did yesterday. B U Y E R B E W A R E!
