Technician came to my house, spend approx 3.5 hours on my computer, and presented me a bill of $369.95. I was like huh? "these are our rates, yea I admit they over charge people, and they don't give people honest quotes, it just happens I work for them"

I decided to call the company to complain about the false advertisement. The woman who picked up was very rude and threatened me to take it to collection in case I would refuse to pay. I ended up paying in full...

It's truly sad there are so many companies around that rip people off this way. Geeksmobileusa beats it all. I start reading more about this company online and found out this isn't a legitimate company, but more like a criminal organization. They give people false quotes and underpay their technicians.
