Genesis Management, Inc. Nancy Schrik Worthless Association that does NOTHING for residents, renters or owners Bartlett, Illinois

After living in a townhouse, Talbots Mill Townhomes in Elk Grove Village, as a renter, Nancy Schrik has done NOTHING to assist or address complaints made by renters who live in Talbots Mill Townhomes. Yet she WILL address complaints made by ONLY owners of their home. She doesn't have any employees and works from home. She doesn't visit the area where the complaint is made about nor does she investigate the problem. She just sends out emails and letters through the mail to address the possible problem when in fact she states she DOES visit and see the problems with her own eyes. Well, she needs to either get glasses or get the stick out of her butt cause she doesn't do anything. Now come to find out she also manages the townhouses in Glendale Heights, IL. This area is mostly over run by ILLEGAL MEXICANS and they do what they want, when they want it, and how they want to do it. Nancy has been informed of illegal parking problems, building problems and several other issues as per her Association Rules and Regulations states. She REFUSES to reply to any emails, return ANY calls, or address the problems that are required from her. She DOES inform the local police department that the problems are in her care, but nothing gets done or gets corrected. Between driveways to each townhouse unit, you can park about 6-7 vehicles on the street. When the ILLEGALS start arriving home, they park so only 4 vehicles can fit between the driveway openings. I have personally taken pictures of this problem and sent them to Nancy. She has YET to reply to any of them nor does she correct the problem. We also have people who live across the street parking in front of my garage and several other residents garages. YET these morons live across the street and don't even park in their own driveway in front of their own garage. Nancy doesn't seem to think this is a problem and won't do anything about it. She claims, "It's a first come first park situation". The problem is THEY DON'T LIVE IN THIS UNIT and shouldn't have a right to park in this units parking space nor in front of another residents garage. It isn't their garage, it's someone else's. How are the people supposed to get into their garage to park their car when the ILLEGAL MEXICANS are parking in front of it? If you call the police to take action, they refuse cause they don't have anyone available to speak spanish to these morons. They also say that we need to contact the association about the problems. We did and still waiting for a response. Nancy seems to have neighborhood watchers in the area. They report about people planting gardens, watering flowers, washing their vehicles, garbage issues, people working on their vehicles, loud kids, adults yelling from inside their own home, over sized vehicles in the street parking, unmarked vans and trucks parking in front of residents garages, etc. With those watchers making complaints to Nancy, she STILL does nothing. All Nancy does is collect the Association monthly dues and spends it on her over priced salary. She lives in Bartlett, IL in a big luxurious house with brand new SUV's. Nobody is allowed to her house unless special invite is sent. Everything has to be mailed to her. If you show up at her door uninvited, she calls the police and has you arrested for trespassing then files a restraining order against you. For just dropping off the Association dues you can and will get arrested. She is a piece of dirt under my boots. She has NO respect for residents who rent. She thinks renters are a waste of her time and are always going to be a problem. Here is what Nancy needs: She needs a wake up call. She needs to get laid by numerous people, kinda like getting gang banged. Nancy needs to realize renters are residents and it doesn't matter if someone owns or rents a unit, their complaints should be addressed just like the owners complaints. Nancy needs to get off her lazy fat butt and personally address the problems that she obviously doesn't care to take care of the problems. Each complaint that is unresolved reflects badly on her. She doesn't care cause non of the complaints are looked at seriously. When it comes to the elderly, she is the first one to take their side and nobody can contest their side of the story. You are guilty and that's that. She is all to quick to throw fines at you for anything she can. Nancy needs the money since she spent it all on worthless self-centered items for her own needs and wants. She doesn't help the community, she kills it. Here in Illinois, there are certain laws and standards that Associations, Property Management companies, and Residential Management places MUST abide by and Nancy Schrik isn't abiding by any of those laws and regulations. She doesn't even have equal rules and regulations that are for everyone within the community she manages. Those Rules and Regulations only pertain to people she feels fit to. She is quick to throw those rules and regulations at you, but for everyone else, they don't apply to them. You can do the exact same things the next person is doing and only one person will get fined for doing it. As of that point, you are now guilty of everything that goes wrong. In Talbots Mill Townhomes, I lived on the first floor of a two-story building. The people who lived above me where in their 70's and mean as heck. I have 2 small children also living with me. They are kids, they play loudly, they play outside, they cry as well. Talbots Mill is NOT a community for small kids. It's against the Association Rules and Regulations. The old people seem to run that place. Nancy is eager to turn it into a retirement community when in fact there are playgrounds and parks for the kids to play in. The kids can't play in their own home or yard, they have to play in the park or playground. There are signs at the park and playground for children to play quietly and anyone caught making to much noise, will be fined. No washing of vehicles, unless you are an old person. Young folks can't wash their vehicles, they have to be taken to a car wash instead. If you plan on having a birthday party or plan on having more than 2 vehicles at your unit, you can't! No parties, no gathering of people or crowds, no loud music, no outdoor playing or fun, no sidewalk chalk for the kids, no bubbles, no swimming pools, no sprinklers, no gardening, no trimming of the trees so your kids don't get hurt from the stubs sticking out of the tree trunks, no decorations that have NOT been pre-approved by the Association, no car door slamming after 9pm every night of the week, etc. Now in Glendale Heights, IL where Nancy manages this area of townhomes, the Illegals can get away with EVERYTHING. There are no Rules and Regulations that apply to them. Only the white, black, Asian, Muslim people have to follow the rules and regulations. She doesn't speak Spanish so she can't communicate clearly to them. This is AMERICA, we speak English. If the Mexicans can't understand English, then they will understand fines and evictions. Simple! If the rules and regulations are clear and understandable to everyone else, there isn't any reason to change them just because some people don't understand English. If they are Illegal and should be in the USA, then call Immigration Services and have them removed. SIMPLE! Nancy won't get involved cause she is too busy playing with herself on her toys that require batteries. No wonder why her husband plays with prostitutes. He can't get his own wife to spread her legs for FREE. Maybe if he paid her she would. Maybe if she paid him for working he could pay her for getting some action. Nancy Schrik has NO CLUE on how to run a community complex. She thinks she is doing the best she can, but she isn't doing anything. The snow removal takes several days. If you shovel your own snow and pile it up at the end of the driveway, she fines you. If you cut your own grass cause its so high that the kids or family pet will get lost, she fines you. If you prune the trees because the stupid landscapers didn't prune the branches to the trunk so people won't get stabbed in the face or back or even the kids running and getting their eyes poked out because of the stubs left sticking out of the tree trunk, she fines you. If you trim the bushes cause they are over growing onto the sidewalk to your front door or patio, she fines you. If you blow up a kiddy pool so the kids can cool off in the summer months and take it down every night, she still fines you. If you put your garbage cans out to the curb before 6pm and don't remove them before 11am the next day, she fines you. There isn't any common knowledge with Nancy. Common sense was not given to her since birth. She feels people have to bow down to her and kiss her wide butt inorder to get anything done. Sorry, not getting sucked into that dark abyss. So if you are thinking of moving to Talbots Mill Townhomes in Elk Grove Village or moving to Glendale Heights, IL where there are townhomes off Sidney between Glen Ellyn and Bloomingdale Roads, beware Nancy Schrik is the Association Property management and you will get nothing done and your complaints will NOT be a concern of hers.
