This man used his previous experience to assist me in a case. I paid him close to 4k. He would not negotiate my bill. He reassured me that my he would not charge me. He then charge me over 6k for a short case. He then waited and did not cash my checks and sent me letters. His letters said that I had until a certain date to resolve the issue, but he sued me before the resolution date. He is not a good attorney. He is not an honest attorney and he will sue for his fees. He is not on your side if it comes to money. He believes that everyone owes him something. His sense of self entitlement will cause you damage. Be prepared he will sue you. I would not give him a dollar. I would seek out an attorney who is understanding in this economy and will negotiate. By the way, he will lie on the stand. Not only that, the court loves to make money on his cases because they may charge for costs. I would avoid him like the plague. He has been divorced three times. That shows you how loyal he is. Yick.
