Have never received order after two months and can not get a reply back from calls and emails to Katie Ray @ Get Dolled Up Boutique . Search scams for get dolled up Boutique and found BBB's Website and found that she has a (F) rating and has 28 complains since she file opened in June 08,2010 until Feb 13, 2011. Such a shame that someone could have a good online business.

received email threats from the owner that she plans to sue me for slander if I do not remove my BBB post with in 28 days. Finally I did get my car tag that I ordered in October. However it is my opinion the monograming is of poor quality. It's funny now that I have filled complaint with BBB she now has time to contact me. Does not make since to me that you would find the time to send email threats but could not respond and try to resolve the problem before the complaint. In the future I will buy through Amazon for most of my internet purchases from individuals like this. I have never had a problem with an Amazon order that did not get resolved in a timely manner. Lesson Learned.
